Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Mom's Collection. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.
Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Important: An opening video of the parcel is highly recommended to claim any damage or missing items..
You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Damaged items due to improper handling by the customer.
Refund Policy (Conditions)
Please note that cash refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:
The product delivered is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
The wrong product or wrong size was delivered from our side.
Note: Change of mind or personal preference after receiving the correct product does not qualify for a cash refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps within 3 days of delivery:
Take a clear photo or video of the product highlighting the issue (damage or wrong item/size).
Contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page or via WhatsApp.
Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.
Return Shipping
If the item sent was wrong or damaged from our side, we will bear the shipping costs. In all other approved return cases, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery charges.
